Adhering to confirmed Food service time is essential for quality
food. Flavor Full Catering assumes no responsibility for quality
if confirmed service time varies more than 30 minutes. Due to
Health Regulations and our policy, food not consumed during
the event remains the property of Flavor Full Catering and may
not be removed by host or guest.
Tax & Charges:
All charges are subject to applicable state, county, local taxes and
an 18% gratuity.
Deposit & Cancellations:
All events require a deposit of $150.00 with booking with the
remaining balance due 14 days prior to the date of the event.
Final guest cost guarantees is due 14 days prior to the date of the
Event. Cancellations within the time frame listed below will incur
the following penalties:
50 days or more before the date of the Event 100% refunded
35-49 days before the date of the Event 80% refunded
20-34 days before the date of the Event 60% refunded
15-29 days before the date of the Event 50% refundable
00-14 days before the date of the Event Non-Refundable
Pricing & Billing:
Prices are subject to Change. All cost related to the location, rental, catering fees, and additional licensing are to be paid by the host.
Final invoice is payable upon receipt in case of extended labor
hours. Payments may be in the form of a Cashier Check or Money
Order. No Personal Checks will be Accepted.
In the event of inclement weather, no refund will be given as
weather is beyond our control. Flavor Full Catering shall not be
liable for non-performance of Catering Contract when such is
attributable
to accidents, governments, regulations of or
restriction upon travel of transportation, non-availability of food, beverages or supplies.
